Precision Crafted, Quality Assured

Our end-to-end production system combines design development, efficient manufacturing, meticulous finishing, and rigorous quality control. This approach ensures scalability, consistency, and certified quality across every shipment.

Every jewellery piece is created through a structured production journey that balances innovation and craftsmanship. With controlled processes, thorough quality checks, lab-grown diamond screening, and certification, we ensure excellence from design to delivery.

Sketching

Every jewellery creation begins with detailed sketching, where ideas, inspirations, and client requirements are thoughtfully translated into visual form. This stage focuses on defining the overall aesthetics, proportions, functional elements, and design feasibility, forming the creative foundation of the piece.

CAD (Computer-Aided Design)

Once sketches are finalized, designs are converted into highly accurate 3D CAD models. This process allows precise control over dimensions, stone placement, metal weight, and structural integrity. CAD visualization helps identify potential improvements before production, reducing errors and ensuring design perfection.

CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing)

The CAD models are then prepared for manufacturing using CAM technology. This step optimizes designs for production efficiency, ensures technical accuracy, and enables smooth execution during mould making and casting.

Mould Making

High-quality moulds are developed from master models to replicate designs consistently. These moulds play a critical role in maintaining uniformity, ensuring repeatable results, and preserving intricate design details across large or small production runs.

Tree Making

Wax patterns created from the moulds are carefully assembled into tree structures. Proper tree making ensures balanced metal flow during casting, minimizes defects, and improves overall production efficiency.

Casting

During casting, molten metal is poured into the prepared moulds using advanced casting techniques. This stage focuses on achieving structural strength, clean metal formation, and precise replication of the original design.

Grinding & Filing

After casting, each piece undergoes grinding and filing to remove excess metal, casting marks, and surface irregularities. This step refines the form and prepares the jewellery for detailed finishing work.

Pre-Polish

Pre-polishing smooths the surface and removes minor imperfections. This stage enhances surface quality and prepares the piece for stone setting and final finishing processes.

Stone Setting

Gemstones are meticulously set by skilled craftsmen using precise techniques. This ensures correct alignment, strong security, and maximum brilliance while maintaining the integrity of the overall design.

Polishing

Final polishing enhances shine, highlights intricate details, and gives the jewellery its refined, finished appearance. Multiple polishing techniques are applied to achieve a flawless surface.

Rhodium Plating

Where required, rhodium plating is applied to enhance brightness, increase resistance to tarnishing, and provide a durable, long-lasting finish.

Quality Control (QC)

Every jewellery piece undergoes strict quality inspections at multiple stages. Checks include design accuracy, stone security, finishing quality, and overall durability to ensure compliance with established standards.

Lab-Grown Screening

Lab-grown diamonds are screened using advanced testing methods to ensure transparency, accurate classification, and adherence to industry regulations.

Certification

Certified documentation is provided for authenticity, quality assurance, and compliance, offering confidence and trust in every finished piece.

Shipment

Completed jewellery is carefully packed using secure packaging methods and dispatched with precision, ensuring safe handling and timely delivery to its final destination.
